BizzRisk: risk management in public projets
Risk management in large projects aims to monitor and reduce (not eliminate) the risks that can endanger expectations in timing, objectives and resources.
With a group of experienced RM-consultants, Bizz-Vlaanderen developed a management application to monitor and support the process of the risk management in public projects (infrastructure and other), BizzRisk.
BizzRisk supports all phases in the RM-proces:
1. Identification of risks,
2. Evaluation of the risks,
3. Risk planning,
4. Risk controlling,
5. Riks monitoring.
To facilitate a close monitoring of all risks the application contains practical tools and
reports such as:
- risk management action plan
- risk register
- risk logbook
- risk reports
Overall and predefined reports are generated on all actions undertaken to manage
the risks and to keep all processes up-to-date on:
- the implementation of the actions listed in the risk register,
- the efficiency of the actions in controlling the risks,
- the evolution of the risks during the entire course of the project.
