We start with an overall inventory of the existing IT-structure (soft and hardware) and an analysis of the exact needs and objectives. This information helps us to propose a correct service level agreement to guarantee:
- maintenance and improvement of the existing infrastructure,
- desired development of this infrastructure,
- organisation of a helpdesk and interventions when problems occur,
- training of (new) users.
Bizz-Vlaanderen manages the IT-infrastructure for its customers and maintains it preventively to insure a good and ongoing functioning and the prevention of costs.
